[ ] SEAT ADJ - ADJUSTED (P, O).
[ ] Rudder pedals - ADJUSTED.
[ ] Flight controls - CHECKED.
[ ] FIRE DET - CHECKED.
[ ] External power - IF REQUIRED.
[ ] INST PWR - INV NO. 1.
[ ] Fire detector/warning lights - CHECKED.
[ ] Radio - ON.
[ ] Attitude indicator - CHECKED.
[ ] Fuel quantity indicator - CHECKED.
UNFEATHERING
[ ] Power lever - FULL REVERSE.
[ ] AIR START - CRANK.
[ ] Power lever - FLIGHT IDLE.

STARTING ENGINES
[ ] Brakes - SET.
[ ] Propeller - CLEAR.
[ ] Starter - START.
Check start ignition light on.
[ ] Condition lever - NORMAL FLIGHT AT 10% RPM.
If no light-off within 15 seconds, abort start.
Monitor EGT (815°C maximum) and RPM.
At 50% to 53% RPM check:
Oil pressure indication.
Start ignition light out.
EGT/T. I. T. shift.
Fuel boost light out.
RPM - STABILIZE approximately 85%.
[ ] Propeller - UNLOCK.
Smoothly retard power lever to
reverse range and note increase in
torque, then return to GROUND START.
Check:
RPM - STABILIZED approximately 67%.
Oil pressure - 50 psi minimum.
Prior to starting other engine, check
voltammeter for 75 amps or less.
Repeat steps 2 through 7 for other engine.
[ ] Hold Brakes and Set Takeoff Power (100% RPM, do not exceed max torque)
[ ] Release Brakes
[ ] Takeoff Speed (100-110KIAS depending on weight), Rotate/Establish 10 Degrees Nose Up
